In my 7 years of engagement as a Management consultant in the Outsourcing Business sector, I have come across many who are being exploited and even duped by shady organizations. In the last couple of years, I have noticed a steady rise in their numbers, especially among the Software, Web Development, Designing, Internet Marketing, Advertising and Graphic Production and community who has little or no idea of the ground realities back home.

What amazes me most is the fact that most of these Outsourcing Firms - sellers and buyers alike - are highly qualified professionals. I agree that Outsourcing Business management is no child’s play. But when there is so much of money riding on it, what one least can do is to do a thorough research on the market before deciding on the best possible option.

With the Internet coming up in a big way, there is always a click-fix way out – be it research, analysis or just a casual overview of whatever is happening in and around.
